YASI Group Australia Pty Ltd today announced a leadership transition and new executive appointment as part of a Board-approved internal management restructure across the Group.

As part of this transition, Mr Senuth Thewhaan Wickramasinghe has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer of YASI Digital, effective 5 January 2025.

Concurrently, the Board has appointed Mr Wickramasinghe as Chief Executive Officer of Rivera One Technologies, a business unit operating under YASI Group Australia Pty Ltd.

In his new role, Mr Wickramasinghe will lead the strategic, operational, and commercial direction of Rivera One Technologies, reporting directly to the Chairman and the Board. This appointment reflects the Group’s continued focus on strengthening leadership across its technology and innovation portfolio.

The Board thanks Mr Wickramasinghe for his contributions to YASI Digital and looks forward to his leadership in driving the next phase of growth and innovation at Rivera One Technologies.
